Lori is coauthor of Workplace Learning & Leadership: A Handbook for Library and Nonprofit Trainers published in 2011 by ALA Editions. She’s written feature articles for popular library journals. Her article on the importance of staff training was the cover story for Computers in Libraries in April 2010.
